Product Manager - Workflow Automation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered discovery and product definition.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
• Ability to drive team success in a remote-first and internationally diverse environment.
• Strong project management skills to document, socialize, and guide product definition.
• Excellent communication skills across functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies/APIs.
• Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Pendo, and ProductBoard.
• Experience with platform product management, prioritization, and collaboration among multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define detailed milestones to achieve the product roadmap and collaborate with peer product managers for execution.
• Work closely with UI/UX and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable updates.
• Drive conversations with stakeholders on product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop features ensuring seamless functionality for SaaS and on-premise customers.
• Present and influence customers and leadership in product roadmap decisions.
• Develop product/project metrics to measure success financially and in user engagement.
• Partner with Technical Project Managers and UI/UX leads to guide development teams in executing priorities effectively.
