Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare staffing.
• Experience managing offshore teams and international staffing logistics.
• Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma) and/or healthcare compliance certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and visa requirements.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations, such as HIPAA.
