Requirements:

• Experience working with finance and accounting platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets is a must.
• Proven experience in maintaining banking relationships.
• Ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and willing to handle a wide range of tasks.
• A self-starter who is motivated by stock options and flexible incentives.
• SaaS metrics experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish & English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions using Holded, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with SaaS metrics experience being a plus.
• Utilize Google Sheets for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate in a remote environment and contribute to financial strategy in a fast-paced startup.
• Provide insights for financial decision-making and optimize financial operations.
