Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international development, organisational development, business, communications, or a relevant field.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing and implementing programs to strengthen information resilience, with at least five (5) years in the Sahel.
At least four (4) years of experience managing and supervising staff.
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including civil society, media, and government officials.
Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership, management, and technical direction for the program, serving as the primary liaison with USAID on managerial, strategic, and technical matters.
Responsible for making key decisions and solving programmatic problems in a timely manner.
Professionally represent Zinc Network to USAID, West African governments, counterparts, local partners, and program stakeholders.
Ensure all plans and reporting align with award requirements and project objectives.
Oversee contractual and budgetary aspects, monitor and adapt activities for effective implementation.
