Requirements:

• Native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including algorithms and best practices.
• Experience in growing social media reach and engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Keen eye for detail and strong visual aesthetics.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in front of the camera.
• Interest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus.
• Experience in social media management, community management, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Share daily best deals on Instagram Stories and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow audience and increase engagement using a data-driven approach.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and community members.
• Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events and promotions.
• Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media.
