Requirements:

• BA/BS in business, strategy, finance, economics or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• 12-15+ years of experience in finance planning, strategy, and business intelligence.
• Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in portfolio project and financial optimization.
• Experience in value optimization in consumer businesses.
• Data-driven approach with robust judgement.
• Ability to work under pressure from senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading teams and building effective teams.
• Strong work ethic and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities:

• Set/recommend financial targets for titles/studios to meet overall SBG financials.
• Dynamically adjust financial targets based on material events.
• Own short and long-term P&L value optimization for SBG projects.
• Lead a team performing commercial value optimization work.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio management and studio partnering groups.
• Initiate and lead commercial review projects.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and present results and recommendations to decision-makers.
• Build and coach a team of commercial optimization professionals.
