Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of account management or customer success in edtech or higher education.
• History of high partner retention and growth.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to institutional senior staff.
• High level communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own the overall success of university partnerships by managing partner relationships effectively.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the university ecosystem through proactive outreach.
• Create a systematic approach to partner relationship management.
• Oversee operational planning and risk management during partner engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for issues, ensuring quick resolution.
• Provide analysis to inform team decision-making.
• Ensure coordination and timely responses from the HyperionDev team.
