Requirements:

• Master's Degree (or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience) in chemistry, physics, materials science, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience with Master's Degree (or 5 years with Bachelor’s Degree) in an alliance management or consulting role.
• Experience in the chemical and materials industries.
• Knowledge in discovery and development of alloys, catalysts, or battery chemistry, with program management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive-level presence and experience facilitating projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against client business requirements, focusing on chemical simulation and optimization projects.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and provide team oversight.
• Directly oversee multiple active client engagements, demonstrating versatility in project management.
• Manage all aspects of client engagement, including requirements alignment, scope definition, and training.
• Drive incremental revenue through client relationship building and identifying additional opportunities.
