Requirements:

• Preferably experience in dynamic environments.
• Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to interact effectively with both analytical and operational teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Systems.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Office Suite, and BI tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of data exploitation languages and automation tool design is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed numerical analysis of internal and external processes affecting service quality.
• Prepare reports on KPI status and insights from data analysis.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the customer journey for drivers.
• Lead local initiatives focusing on quality, safety, and superior service.
• Build dashboards to communicate key process metrics to stakeholders.
• Align with Global team on process requirements and data structure.
