Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing complex product portfolios in banking or financial technology.
• Familiarity with developer-focused SDKs, APIs, and services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles; advanced English level.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Cyberbank products.
• Align product strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
• Manage digital framework product roadmaps with timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and define success metrics.
