Requirements:
Experience of working with young people. Knowledge of positively addressing challenging behavior. Ability to discharge Duty of Care to young people. Current First Aid Certificate. Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety, including risk assessment and COSHH. Full current UK photo driving licence or UK passport.
Responsibilities:
Provide overnight supervision to cadets aged 12-18 attending residential training courses at various facilities. Ensure safe and fun activities outside formal training sessions. Hand cadets back to course instructors after breakfast.
