• Experience in leading and managing cybersecurity initiatives.

• Familiarity with core operating systems like MacOS and Linux.
• Understanding of encryption standards and security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with security standards, specifically ISO27001.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Experience in delivering security training to colleagues.
• Ability to independently manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead best practices for cybersecurity strategy to protect data, devices, networks, and systems.
• Regularly assess security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to security accreditations, particularly ISO27001.
• Support incident response efforts and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Implement device security policies with IT support.
• Set security requirements for internal and external networks.
• Work with various teams to manage cloud infrastructure security.
• Oversee data encryption and access management practices.
• Manage cloud identity and access policies.
• Lead employee training initiatives on data security best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Board and C-suite.
