- Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams to monitor and nurture potential expansion opportunities and development feedback for future product roadmap, client/prospect thought leadership, sales scripts and processes.
- Reviewing and understanding the Growth Partner’s extensive customer onboarding process and resources in collaboration with the Customer Success Director.
- Developing deep understanding and continuous awareness of the Growth Partner’s platform and capabilities.
