Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an outbound sales role in HR-tech or employee benefits, with a focus on the broker channel.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation tools (Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Working knowledge of health insurance and employee benefits.
  • Experience in building territories and creating new business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new HSA and other benefits product sales within your territory.
  • Manage all sales activity in your assigned territory daily.
  • Conduct discovery, create contracts, handle objections, and close employer business.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas and activity metrics, including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales discussions with brokers.
  • Cultivate broker relationships and engage decision-makers to close deals.
  • Manage broker-generated sales pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to execute sales strategy.
  • Provide market feedback to refine the ideal customer profile.
