Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales in HR-tech or employee benefits industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation software.
  • Working knowledge of health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Experience in building out a territory and creating new opportunities.
  • Impeccable presentation skills, interpersonal, and analytical nature.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new HSA and other benefits product sales within your territory.
  • Manage all sales activity in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct discovery, handle objections, and close employer business.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas and activity metrics.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound discussions with prospective brokers.
  • Cultivate new employee benefit broker relationships.
  • Map decision-makers and influencers to win new business.
  • Manage broker-generated sales pipeline effectively.
  • Partner with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to refine ideal customer profiles.
