Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an outbound sales role in HR-tech or employee benefits, with a focus on the broker channel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Drive new HSA and other benefits product sales within your territory.
- Manage all sales activity in your assigned territory daily.
- Conduct discovery, create contracts, handle objections, and close employer business.
- Meet or exceed personal sales quotas and activity metrics, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales discussions with brokers.
- Cultivate broker relationships and engage decision-makers to close deals.
- Manage broker-generated sales pipeline.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to execute sales strategy.
- Provide market feedback to refine the ideal customer profile.
