Requirements:

• Experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary product development programs from inception through launch.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience working in a rapid prototyping environment with flexibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Physics, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience managing the execution and delivery of consumer-facing SaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, cryptography, and security domains.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software product development programs, defining scope, milestones, success criteria, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor quality of releases, triage issues, and coordinate fixes for releases.
• Own and publish the release calendar detailing code deployments and updates.
• Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status across large, cross-functional teams.
