Requirements:

• Master's Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience) in chemistry, computational chemistry/biology, biophysics, biomedical science, or related life sciences.
• 3 years experience with a Master’s Degree (or 5 years with Bachelor’s Degree) in a research or engagement management role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries preferred.
• Understanding of the drug discovery and development process.
• Strong communication skills, with executive level presence.
• Experience leading technical customer-facing projects.
• Enterprise level project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against client business requirements, focusing on drug discovery simulation and optimization projects.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and provide team oversight with internal and external members.
• Direct and oversee multiple active client engagements.
• Manage all aspects of client engagement including requirements alignment and resource management.
• Share expertise in drug discovery and best practices with team members.
• Participate in operational issues related to specific engagements.
• Drive incremental revenue through client relationship building.
