• Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in science and selling technology solutions in Biopharma.
• Proven track record in closing deals and partnerships.
• Technical knowledge in molecular modeling tools and computational drug discovery methodologies.
• Awareness of trends in AI/ML-enabled simulation.
• Detail-oriented, analytically minded with project management skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Experience with launching new business verticals and managing technical contracts.
• Industry experience in chemicals or materials preferred.
• Open to 20% travel based on customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Commercial for Simulation in executing BD strategy for AQBioSim focused on drug discovery and development.
• Empathize with scientists’ pain points and build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Document high-value business use cases, qualify leads, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Communicate value to scientific audiences, support ongoing work plans, and improve product market fit.
• Develop actionable growth strategy and competitive market intelligence.
• Create case studies and marketing materials, and evangelize BioSim at events.
