Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, preferably with CSP level certifications.
  • Familiarity with container technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations.
  • Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs.
  • Measure achievement of KPIs and report on them.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues for high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve escalations.
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments.
  • Manage account escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales for contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Wiz usage.
