• Writing code for massively parallelized distributed systems.
• Experience with various load balancing strategies.
• Systems-level programming experience, especially in Go.
• BPF.
• Strong debugging skills in complex systems.
• Ownership of solutions end-to-end including design, development, and deployment.
• Ability to work across teams for sustainable solutions.
• Creative and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Focus on clarity in communication.
