Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Online Acquisition Marketing.
  • Very strong experience with managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with managing TikTok or YouTube campaigns is a plus.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating the impact of your campaigns on conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with state of art digital marketing tools including the use of ads panels and reporting tools.
  • Data-driven professional with a good feel for numbers and the ability to act based on insights.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies and programs quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Spanish or French is also a plus.
  • Some creative experience either in the form of graphic design or copywriting would be appreciated.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and process management skills.
  • Fast learner with natural curiosity and drive to deliver business impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Take part in Performance Marketing activities in the US, both on B2B (Salon Owners) & B2C (Salon’s Clients) sides.
  • Support Booksy online acquisition through digital advertising on outbound channels: mainly Meta (Facebook & Instagram), but also TikTok, Google UAC, YouTube and more.
  • Manage the operational execution of Booksy’s acquisition campaigns including ads briefs, content review (creative and copy) and campaigns setup, monitoring, optimization & reporting.
  • Monitor campaigns performance against key KPIs and leverage results to provide learnings on our best assets and establish best practices for Booksy’s online acquisition.
  • Work with the broader performance team to tackle growth projects and brainstorm new ways to improve programs.
  • Work across Booksy teams to regularly communicate on campaigns and ensure they are executed efficiently, produce valuable insights, and deliver meaningful impact.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to ensure Booksy’s online acquisition strategies remain relevant and effective.
