Requirements:
  • Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in financial or business analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • The Brand Planner serves as a planning partner to the Brand Product team.
  • Support major functions of global merchandise financial planning (MFP).
  • Ensure bottoms-up style/color plans align with MFP throughout planning season.
  • Support Brand Planning in MFP process and range plan development.
  • Manage the global Brand Planning product reporting suite.
  • Partner with Deckers Data & Analytics teams to improve data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive analysis of product performance at the category level and measure KPIs against MFP targets.
  • Provide support of Brand Planning product reporting suite to user groups.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
