Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience working in talent and influencer management.

  • Strong understanding of usage and pricing specific to types of projects and talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, cast and contract talent for all campaigns, including activations, events, seedings, video and photo productions, primarily with an EU focus.
  • Continuously expand the reach of the current database of influencers to always be on the pulse-adding new, fresh talent globally.
  • Providing insights and feasibility for production, creative, sales and project management teams during the full campaign life cycle.
  • Support team with all talent needs from start to finish as the main point of contact internally and externally.
  • Lead negotiations with talent management to secure the best rates, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Own and create talent agreements and contracts, with clearly defined scope of work, usage and ask for each talent/campaign.
  • Oversee EU seeding campaigns.
  • Track talent campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Create talent recap reports on the wins and key learnings of each month to present internally.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication and contact with global talent team members.
