Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Brand Manager, preferably in the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, identity, and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Define and refine the brand strategies for F45 to align with the overall business objectives.
  • Brand Identity Management: Oversee the consistent representation of FS8 and Vaura Pilates' brand identity across all touchpoints, including studios, encompassing overall visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive member acquisition, and increase engagement.
  • Franchisee/Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to franchisee/customer feedback and insights to improve brand perception and satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand alignment in all aspects of the business.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the brand's budget effectively to maximize ROI for marketing and branding activities.
