Requirements:

• A Technical Qualification and an aptitude for learning new Surgical Technologies.
• A minimum of 3+ years’ successful track record in medical sales or technology service in the hospital environment is desirable.
• Experience in Medical device manufacturing & design will be considered.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in the Hospital Operating Room environment.
• Strong Technical and Sales Skills, with a primary focus on Customer Service & Patient Safety.
• High reliance on drive and planning/organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-focused with strong influencing skills.
• Good administrative and computing skills.
• Commercially aware, able to manage a complex business.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete Orthopaedic Recon Stryker portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Work mainly in the Operating Theatre environment.
• Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
• Achieve sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Business planning and implementation to develop new business opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customers and promotional programs to improve product and company performance.
• Attend relevant conferences and meetings both in Ireland and internationally.
