Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience as a Workday Integrations consultant leading and deploying Workday implementations.
• Must have strong skills in Workday Studio to solve complex integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday's technology stack and at least two areas of HR or Finance.
• Excellent communication skills in a remote working environment.
• Ability to manage global teams and projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic projects without supervision.
• Lead multiple concurrent large Workday solutions and projects.
• Manage project scope, quality, timeline, and communication.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations.
• Act as a mentor and coach for team members.
• Contribute to knowledge management and suggest best practices.
