Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience and advanced knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails development.
• Solid basics of JavaScript; experience with Ember.js would be beneficial.
• Experience with email technologies like Mailgun or SparkPost would be beneficial.
• Highly developed communication skills required, with a requirement to maintain positive client relationships.
• A high sense of responsibility and accountability for work.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to dig deep, debug and solve issues.
• An attitude not just to ship small patches, but to find the root cause and fix them.
• Knowledge of English (C1), spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications in collaboration with a team of experts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure the quality of the code through practices like Continuous Integration and Code Review.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to debug issues and find root causes.
