Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in certifications or exams.
• Excellent command of English and German, C2 level certification preferred.
• Advanced computer literacy with ECDL Advanced certification desirable.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, and online communication platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-volume environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Invigilate candidates during online exams, ensuring adherence to instructions.
• Take actions for non-compliance with exam regulations.
• Provide technical support for candidates through communication channels.
• Maintain a secure and orderly testing environment.
• Handle customer inquiries according to service standards.
• Facilitate positive candidate interactions during exams.
• Participate in complaint handling and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attend training to stay updated with best practices.
• Adhere to remote work policies and PeopleCert's standards.
