Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a similar field (Linguistics, Education, ELT/TESOL) or an undergraduate degree with a TEFL/TESOL qualification (Level 5 and above).
• Minimum 4 years’ full-time TEFL teaching experience, excluding freelance and volunteer teaching.
• Exceptional command of English (C2/native level) with excellent communication skills.
• Very good IT literacy and familiarity with online platforms like Teams.
• Full familiarity with the Common European Framework (CEFR) levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Desirable experience in certification and assessment fields.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the online spoken interview following the scripted Interlocutor Framework and LanguageCert regulations.
• Manage the interaction during the exam to facilitate a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure fairness and consistency in assessing candidates' performance as per LanguageCert's criteria.
• Authenticate candidate identities and safeguard exam integrity per PeopleCert standards.
• Implement basic troubleshooting for a smooth testing environment.
• Attend required trainings and standardization sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of exam materials and security.
• Provide feedback on assessment material when needed.
