Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, lead and manage new business sales activities in North America.
  • Build and grow the North America Sales team as a Player-Coach.
  • Implement and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets for North America.
  • Manage leads through complex sales cycles, providing consistent forecasting updates.
  • Coach and develop team members, maintaining detailed opportunity information.
  • Collaborate with partners for lead generation and account coverage.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback.
