Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales/Customer Management within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in managing and growing existing business.
• Strong relationship building skills and effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Results-oriented with a 'can do' attitude and passion for products and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Being the lead SDUK contact for Waitrose across Cheese and Butter & Spreads.
• Holding full P&L responsibility and delivering volume and margin in line with budget.
• Developing, negotiating and delivering annual Joint Business Plans.
• Building long-lasting cross functional relationships to ensure delivery of the Retailer Own Brand cheese plan.
• Supporting the development and delivery of Retailer Own Brand, New Product Development and innovation.
