Requirements:

• Radiography degree.
• At least 2 years post qualification clinical experience.
• Good organizational, administrative, and IT/computing skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with end users and sales team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• High reliance on drive and planning/organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influencing ability.
• Desirable: Experience in General X-ray, Mobile Imaging, CT & MRI Radiography, and Radiology sales/applications.
• Salesforce and CRM training.

Responsibilities:

• Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation in consultation with hospital departmental heads.
• Design local training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs for both installation and follow-up visits.
• Administer and coordinate allocated customer training.
• Provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues.
• Offer post-sale product support to customers.
• Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams.
• Assist in creating support documentation for internal and external customers.
• Develop ideas and contribute to regular team meetings.
• Monitor and report on field activities, providing relevant information to management.
• Liaise with other company functions to aid business and organisational development.
• Build relationships with Radiology professionals within the UK.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
