• Deep knowledge of Workday's technology stack and complementary systems.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle and influence various audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing global teams and prioritizing work against timelines.
• Willingness to mentor others and improve processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic, high-impact projects.
• Lead multiple complex Workday solutions for global customers.
• Manage project scope, quality, timeline, and communication.
• Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Lead client sales meetings, scope potential projects, and resolve project issues.
• Contribute to knowledge management and act as a mentor for team members.
