- Originate loans for real estate investors including Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR, and Build-to-Rent projects
- Cultivate and manage a nationwide pipeline of borrowers
- Partner with investors, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate new business
- Provide consultative support and education on loan products and terms
- Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth closings
