- TS SCI federal security clearance.
- 10+ years of related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales, and account development strategies in large organizations or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of the Federal System Integrator landscape and Federal IT ecosystem.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with Federal sales or enterprise technology sales.
- Self-starter mentality to identify business opportunities.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to wear many hats in a rapidly moving tech startup environment.
- Effective communicator and storyteller with the ability to craft engaging messaging.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing Federal partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and execute opportunities to expand MixMode into new government branches and sectors.
- Own customer relationships from first contact to contract award.
- Coordinate with fellow team members (solutions, contracting, product, program management) to deliver exceptional support.
- Build and track sales metrics within the customer relationship management system.
- Execute a consultative sales process that aligns the value of our software product with organizational needs.
- Serve as a player/coach with future management opportunities as the sales team scales.
- Support the solutions and contracting team with proposal and presentation material creation.
