- Brand Identity Management: Oversee the consistent representation of FS8 and Vaura Pilates' brand identity across all touchpoints, including studios, encompassing overall visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive member acquisition, and increase engagement.
- Franchisee/Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to franchisee/customer feedback and insights to improve brand perception and satisfaction.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand alignment in all aspects of the business.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the brand's budget effectively to maximize ROI for marketing and branding activities.
