- Recent (within the last two years) experience making B2B cold calls
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment quotas
- Preferred experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage leads and track appointments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Stable internet connection, headset, and a fully functioning computer with dual monitors
- Cold calling 80+ suspects and prospects daily
- Meeting and exceeding conversation goals daily
- Setting quality first time appointments with decision-makers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding database of prospects
